Customer Engagement Specialist - TX
Our client is looking for a motivated and articulate Customer Engagement Specialist (CES) to initiate outbound prospecting efforts and drive lead qualification within the aesthetic industry. This role is essential to the success of the sales pipeline, serving as the first point of contact for new prospects and re-engaging existing customers. The CES is responsible for generating interest, qualifying leads, and seamlessly handing off opportunities to Aesthetic Consultants and Executive Aesthetic Consultants for further engagement and closure.
This is not a closing sales role, but rather a front-line position focused on outbound outreach, relationship building, and lead development. The ideal candidate will bring energy, persistence, and professionalism to every customer interaction while maintaining a structured approach to activity tracking and CRM documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients including Medspas, physicians, and aesthetic practices
- Reconnect with existing customers to identify expansion, upgrade, or replacement opportunities
- Introduce and communicate the value of the client’s aesthetic technology portfolio at a high level
- Engage confidently with gatekeepers and decision-makers to identify qualified leads
- Qualify prospects based on criteria such as decision-making authority, budget, timing, and level of interest
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions, call outcomes, and opportunity details within Salesforce or designated CRM
- Submit fully qualified leads with actionable notes to the assigned Aesthetic Consultant or Executive Aesthetic Consultant
- Track follow-ups and ensure consistent engagement with prospects to avoid missed opportunities
- Collaborate with sales leadership to improve outreach strategies, messaging, and lead qualification processes
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in outbound sales, inside sales, or a call center environment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in activity tracking
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and resilient in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Ability to navigate conversations with confidence and professionalism
- Comfortable working with performance metrics and meeting outreach goals
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the medical device, aesthetics, or technology sales industries
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM or other customer relationship management platforms
- Passion for the aesthetics industry and an interest in learning advanced technologies and consultative selling strategies
